HRIS Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for assisting to compile and enter employee data into various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms, including Kronos, the Timekeeper software.
Essential Functions

  1. Enter weekly new hire information into HRIS/Payroll systems and Kronos Timekeeper system.
  2. Maintain and update employee records within the timekeeping systems, Kronos.
  3. Work with CTDI branch staff to update employee data within Kronos.
  4. Gather information from external vendors, such as Staffing Agencies, to load into Kronos.
  5. Poll electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
  6. Monitor internal Payroll mailbox in conjunction with Payroll team to triage HRIS related issues.
  7. Contact various department supervisors for any missed punches.
  8. Assist in processing weekly transfer of timekeeping data.
  9. Audit Kronos to ensure data integrity.
  10. Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Skills and Qualifications
  • If no prior experience with Kronos, applicant will be required to learn the Kronos Timekeeper system internally through CTDI.
  • Kronos experience is highly desired, but not required.
  • Ability to train external staffing agencies on basic Kronos navigation.
