We are looking to add a Lead PHP Developer that can lead a team to quickly and effectively maintain and add features to our internal software. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will write PHP code for our custom in-house CRM software. You will also work with various team members to understand project goals, establish and maintain long-term technical strategy, and assist in code review to ensure each team member is building quality software at a reasonable pace.
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years of professional and relevant experience
Must have experience:
- Experience leading a team of software developers
- Created and/or maintained a CRM system or other large internal software tool

Nice-to-have experience:
- Docker
- Linux
- Laravel
- Agile development
