Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management
- Project management
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to think at scale (experience managing vendors preferred)
- Storytelling - Slide building, User Story Mapping, Flow Charts
Desired:
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights, and apply those insights to optimize product strategy
