We are looking for Production Associates to join our Wadesboro, NC team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product is handled properly through critical tasks such as loading, unloading, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, and labeling of pallets.

• Ability to read and write.
• Good communication skills, able to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to focus for long periods of time without being distracted.
• Ability to climb stairs and silos frequently
• Ability to stand for entire shift and work overhead

Essential Functions

• General plant labor.
• Housekeeping, hosing down floors, moping, sweeping, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc
• Shovel and clean up spills in the plant.
• Keep barrels emptied of trash and product.
• Clean equipment from top to bottom.
• Help unstop screw conveyors.
• Cut plastic and product off of screw.
• Keep floor drains cleaned out and covers on drains.
• Paint as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
