The Program Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive administrative and operational support split 50/50 between the Penn Center for Healthcare Improvement & Patient Safety (Penn CHIPS) and it's residency and graduate programs and the PSOM Implementation Science Certificate Program.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive administrative and operational support split 50/50 between the Penn Center for Healthcare Improvement & Patient Safety (Penn CHIPS) and it's residency and graduate programs and the PSOM Implementation Science Certificate Program.
The Program Coordinator will support leadership in overseeing logistics of the programs, assisting with all academic cycle processes, supporting faculty and program committees, tracking student progress, maintaining student records, advising students on logistical issues, assisting with student and program evaluation, scheduling events and meetings including setting up in person meetings and events, editing and formatting documents, editing Canvas course sites, and contributing to communications and marketing projects including website maintenance.
This position will work both independently and collaboratively, often with competing tasks and deadlines. Creative problem solving and flexibility with changing tasks are required. Ability to edit and maintain websites required. Must have excellent time management skills to balance needs from various programs. Targeted Pay Range: $50,000- $53,000
This Targeted Pay Range is only applicable to this job posting. All salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting with the academic cycle administrative processes including recruitment, admissions, orientation, course management in University Systems (Curriculum Manager and Section Scheduler CLSS) and graduation;
Serving as a liaison for students and advising students on registration and any other student systems related issues;
Scheduling and managing program meetings and events including but not limited to mentoring meetings, bootcamps, panels, orientations, didactic sessions, webinars, student social events. This includes in setup and breakdown, catering, distributing materials, and managing technical difficulties;
Overseeing student data maintenance;
Assisting with program evaluation via surveys of students and faculty mentors, including reviewing surveys for updates, distribution, tracking and generating reports from the survey system;
Communications and marketing efforts including program announcements, flyers, newsletters, and website management;
Supporting faculty in updating/revising materials and managing the learning management system, Canvas;
Liaison with the business office to process reimbursements or complete vendor payments;
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
