PROGRAM MANAGER

YOUR ROLE

  • Strategically manage day to day tasks related to Forward Logistics processing
  • Point of contact for internal and external customers regarding Forward Logistics issues and tasks
  • Work to improve our ability to track and improve customer facing metrics such as processing turnaround time and device yield rates
  • Create and manage complex projects that span across departments and business partners
  • Analytical abilities to monitor quality trends and communicate with customers and partners
  • Manage the inventory and logistics of handsets flowing to and from our 3rd party repair vendors

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills to develop ad hoc reports, operations scorecard, and key business metrics
  • Oversees inventory management
  • Manages integration between Forward Logistics and vendor(s)
  • Works closely with Inventory Control on inventory control issues
  • Effectively communicates across all departments and within all levels of management.
  • Maintains a professional, helpful attitude in dealings with co-workers, supervisors and their departmental personnel always
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in creating and measuring corrective action plans

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors.
  • Computer literate. Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications and the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Experience working with large multinational accounts. Ability to respond quickly to sales and service issues.
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiation skills.

Minimum:
  • High School Degree Required, Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • Minimum three to five years of account management experience
  • Ability to work and maintain multiple systems: Evavi (OMS), Provia (WMS), IFS (Financial System)
  • Explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in influencing departments and implementing and managing change.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
