We arelooking for a Program Manager to primarily help one of our key customer build aService Tree using Azure based tools detailed below. The role involves detailedinteractions and discussions with Solution owners, Engineering leads andOperations' Leads including Release Management.

• 8-10 years of program managementexperience with 5+ years in Microsoft working in Engineering programs

• Deep working understanding ofinfrastructure (mainly Azure) and experience in Management tools such as AIRS,Azure DevOps, Service Tree & IcM and Infrastructure taxonomy

• Familiarity with creating taxonomy,service catalog /workflow methodologies and ITIL framework

• Great problem solving, strategicthinking and technical skills and business acumen

• Self-driven and ability to work withminimal direction

• Technical experience with databases,data integration and data access technologies

• Experience with a datadriven/metrics-driven mindset and the ability to experiment, learn and improve

• Able to build advanced SQL/BIqueries & dashboards

• A demonstrable track record ofimproving workflow processes, increasing efficiency and reporting on criticalprocesses

• Can speak to practical examples ofperformance metrics and the development of key performance indicators

• Experience in influencing engineersin technical discussions

• Ability to analyze complex problems,determine best course of action and drive permanent resolution

• Ability to successfully influencewithout authority and manage efforts through relationships.

• Ability to inspire leadership andtrust across teams and organizations

• Ability to promote a collaborativeenvironment and bring a positive attitude to difficult situations.
