BGIS is currently seeking a Program Manager- Logistics Coordinator to join the team, Remote, US.

This person will be responsible for:

Business Implementation

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to provide technically accurate solutions.
  • Analyze and deliver accurate and timely results.
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies/processes for implementation.
  • Use, configure and customize products.
  • Tactical and strategic implementation of projects/processes.
  • Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.
Client Support
  • Document and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved.
  • Collaborate with other Program Managers and subject matter experts to establish needs.
  • Communicate between technology teams and other company departments for positive outcomes.
  • Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as required.
  • Research, resolve and respond to complex problems and questions.
Project Management
  • Manage projects that have higher complexity and challenges.
  • Develop requirements and design specifications according to standard templates, using language that clients and developers can understand.
  • Engage in multiple projects/initiatives with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Gather input from other internal teams to facilitate design and development.
  • Facilitate effective team meetings, client meetings and design meetings.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources with a critical viewpoint.
  • Break down high level information into details, take low level information and format into general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Manager client expectations effectively to complete fiscally successful projects
  • Enforce project deadlines and schedules
  • Adhere to documented Project Management Life Cycle.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years of experience in information technology.
  • Firm understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to focus efforts of diverse departments and team members to complete projects with shared goals.
  • Advanced problem- solving capabilities employing multiple perspectives and higher level strategic impact.
  • Relationship building talent within the organization and with external clients and vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%

The salary range for this exempt position in the US is 90,000-$100,000 annually.

A candidate's salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
