Project Coordinator, Business Operations

Are you a highly organized digital operations professional with a passion for website data accuracy and automation, who puts the customer at the center of everything you do?

The Project Coordinator, Business Operations is a new role created to support the growing needs of Kohler Company and requires set of diverse skills to support Digital Experience and Merchandising. This individual must function as a self-motivated professional with demonstrated ability to tasks, both redundant and complex, to complete solutions. You should be able to deal with frequently shifting priorities while organizing and executing multiple projects. This role will require a highly engaged and resilient individual who is willing to solve complex issues to ensure customer delight.

This role offers the opportunity for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in Customer Service, Category, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Experience Design, Development, and Analytics teams to develop and enhance online experiences.  The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Digital Operations Manager - Digital Merchandising.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support online product enhancement & corrections thru ticket intake management and execution oversight for KBNA Kohler Co., Sterling Plumbing, Ann Sacks, Robern, and Kallista digital properties.
  • Maximize online selling windows by trouble-shooting product launch issues and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Asset Creation, Engineering and Digital Operations.
  • Minimize product returns and negative product reviews by focusing on data integrity of product information and content, while escalating key customer feedback to Product Information Management and Product Development teams for remediation.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and associate's tickets and turn them into Agile stories to delight the customer and drive sales.
  • Relentless focus on process improvement and documentation to ensure scalable procedures replace non-value-added work and driving shorter time to market execution.
  • Support ad hoc needs of the Director, as needed.

Skills/Requirements

  • Strong skills in the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Prior experience in e-Commerce and/or multi-channel retailing.
  • Technical acumen with demonstrated ability to target and trouble shoot with success.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and digital tools that may span across analytics, project management, content management, workflow, and marketing automation domains.
  • Experience with Jira, Content Management Systems (CMS), Document Asset Management (DAM), and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems preferred.
  • A strong follow through; proven track record of setting and achieving deadlines and forecasts.
  • Project management experience, e.g. setting achievable timelines for initiatives, drafting project plans, managing milestone delivery, and communicating project details effectively (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-functional team capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing or related field with 3+years of merchandising operations experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated results managing complex projects in a fast-paced work environment required.
  • Must be willing to travel to Kohler, WI on occasion if not home-base - 10%.
