The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing projects associated with strategic brand partners and affiliated distributors. This includes daily functions associated with project management, including competitive analysis, product line enhancements, tradeshow/meeting/training coordination, coordination of bid responses and bid samples.

What will you do?

  • You will analyze and make recommendations for product line based on custom product requests and competitive database information.
  • You will receive and coordinate RFQs or bids, while communicating with internal departments, sales team and sales management.
  • You will recognize market and consumer trends to help formulate new product ideas.
  • You will coordinate with Hospitality Business Unit Marketing Liaison to develop marketing activities and campaigns associated brand activity.
  • You will conduct bi-annual product training to internal departments, including Sales Consultants.
  • You will provide data and insight regarding the status of stocked and non-stocked inventory levels to assist with sales forecasting and business development.
  • You will work closely with Product Line Strategists on new product development for brand and strategic accounts.
  • You will maintain Salesforce database to reflect important account related email communications and activities through Salesforce for Outlook, including by not limited to forecasting, quoting, RDTs, and custom projects.


Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years sales, marketing, product or project management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
