What You Will Be Doing -Oversee construction projects from beginning to end;
-Manage the budget and estimate costs;
-Determine necessary equipment, materials, subcontractors and vendors;
-Schedule equipment and supply deliveries according to schedule;
-Prepare reports regarding job status;
-Resolve problems that may arise;
-Manage corporate safety plan and compliance;
-Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, clients, and other key team members;
-Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors on contract agreements;
-Plan construction operations;
-Ensure all deadlines are met;
-Keep all stakeholders aware of progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly;
-Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards;
What You Need for this Position Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in construction industry
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Multi-family experience preferred
