We focus on all aspects of new construction including concrete and masonry restoration to general contracting and rainscreen masonry. What You Will Be Doing As a key team member, you will be overseeing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initiation to completion. You will also be developing and adhering to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan laid out for said projects.
What You Need for this Position At least 3+ years experience and:
- Project Manager experience
- General Contracting
- Commercial Construction
- Masonry Construction
- Light Industrial
- Educational Projects
-PMP
-Experience with construction project management software
