SUMMARY
- Manage the various tasks/projects in tire and wheel assembly business and lead Kaizen activities and use strong and experiential leadership skills in order to lead projects within the department.
- Conduct various activities for new business development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire sufficient knowledge of tire and wheel assembly business in order to manage specific project to this business
  • Make a budget of subsidiary and monitor the subsidiary financials with analysis
  • Review adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, labor efficiency, equipment efficiency and human utilization
  • Create operating plans and standards, if necessary
  • Review performance against operating plans and standards. Change the direction of plans, if necessary
  • Perform analytical skills applied to problem resolution, data integrity, business processes
  • Lead kaizen activities
  • Communicate with customers in relation with operation, quality and cost, if necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent customer communication skills
  • Negotiate the price with customers
  • Maintain good relationship with Minority Partners and support them.
  • Maintain good relationship with technical partner in Japan, and consult the engineering issue in necessary basis.
  • Collaborate with other subsidiaries and other sections.
  • Leads various projects including both new business development and existing project
  • May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations
  • Strong project management skills to develop/maintain/track project scope, timeline, design, implementation
  • Other duties may be assigned.
