Absorption Systems is currently seeking a Quality Control Associate to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. The quality control (QC) associate performs documentation review to ensure that research studies meet specifications and regulatory guidelines. Absorption Systems is required to follow SOPs (standard operating procedures) and every step of every process must have a traceable, written record. QC associates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriate formatting for this documentation. The QC associate reviews and corrects (as appropriate) processed and raw data, reports and other applicable information generated during study conduct as provided by study directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control, editing, and formatting of scientific reports and data
  • Internal inspections of facilities and procedures
  • Assist in entering information from the Sales Team and Sponsors into internal systems.
  • Writing of technical documents
  • Other responsibilities might be assigned by Management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant industrial or academic experience
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is able to work independently
  • Attention to detail, good oral and written communication and strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
