Quality Control Chemist
BCForward is currently looking for Quality Control Chemist at Chicago, IL

Contract to hire after 6 months, manager wants permanent employee.
Training- 8am-5pm, 1-2 months-40 hours/week: length of training on days could be shorter. Need a flexible person.
Regular Schedule- 2pm-10pm 5 days/week, weekends off

EDUCATION: 4 Year science based degree or equivalent experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Testing in-process, flush, incoming raw material samples and finished products.
* Fulfilling non-hazardous sample requests and maintaining sample area
* Preparing standards and reagents
* General lab cleaning
* Manage lab retains
* Inputting truck, tote and drum results into SAP
* Disposing of lab retains into waste tote
* Stocking lab inventory
* Copy and file incoming raw material paperwork into binders
* Load dishwasher with used glassware

Candiadte will need to pass:
HireRight Bakcground check
Drug Screen (5 panel with expanded opiates)
