In this role, you'll work with Comprehensive Services Field Enablement/Engagement teams to source valuable references for our partners in Sales. We're growing at an incredible pace, and need to quickly match client reference requests, with the right clients, at the right time - in order to meet the demand. Using technology, client-centric savvy and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once, this role is increasingly important to the growth of our Business Unit. Knowledge of HRO-Comprehensive Services and/or ADP will be a bonus.

Support the Comprehensive Services Business: Using your five-plus years of client services and operations experience, and in-depth knowledge of how to conduct a client-facing meeting, you will develop, maintain, and execute a Reference Program to support the division's operations for sales references. This engagement program will ultimately be the source for a success story library, marketing assets, and more.
Strengthen Relationships: You will serve as a liaison from the Field Enablement group to the HRO-Comprehensive Services Sales organizations to speed up the reference process, manage references, increase business results, and launch new programming in the business unit alongside the ADP Ambassador Program.
Monitor and Report: Effectively and professionally communicate results and activity to the Sr Director, Client Services (Enablement) related to the status of assigned projects including identifying any issues which might delay final results or deliverables.
Set up and Run Webcasts: Work with the team to establish a cadence of both Leadership and client-facing webcasts. These webcasts can be educational, in a Townhall format or training in nature.
