Responsible for Renting Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks, Trailers, and Equipment in accordance with the Dealership AOR and Market Share Objectives. Promotion of all Product Lines for Worldwide Equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve Sales expectations and Profitability Objectives in accordance to Approved plan • Develop and maintain relationship with assigned Customers • Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for customers daily either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside of the dealership • Demonstrate trucks to customers • Follow IMPACT Sales Process (Investigate, Meet, Probe, Apply, Convince, Tie-It-Up) • Prepare and turn in to Director of Rental outside sales call reports, listing who was called, what units were quoted and units available for rent if applicable • Participate and Attend in all Approved Industry Associations and applicable Events • Maintain Training Requirements and up to date State Laws and Regulations • Continually study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application • Foster teamwork within the department and with all other departments • Travel to customer's locations and develop relationships to ensure future business • Follow all current company Policies and Procedures • Maintain rental standards compliance for assigned region • Promote the "WE" Brand "The Truck People" / "The Bus People" • Complete Customer Billing timely and accurately • Logging all missed business opportunities resulted by turndowns • Promptly handle Customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism • Maintain customer accounts to payment terms with routine collection efforts • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES / ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
• Reports directly to the Director of Rental

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Required • Two to Four Years related experience and/or training; Preferred
• "Can Do, make it happen" attitude coupled with a High-energy level with a contagious optimism for the company • Customer focused with salesmanship skills • Knowledgeable of medium and heavy-duty trucks and applications • Good written, verbal, communication skills • Ability to work with others in a team environment and fosters healthy working relationships • Ability to give and take directions in a fast-paced work environment • Stays focused on and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner • Customer friendly appearance and mannerism and Represent the company in a professional manner
Position travels 60 - 80% of the time, working in the field at different locations. Extended periods of sitting, Driving and walking are a part of this job.
