 PositionResearch Project Manager Division:Division of Mathematics and ScienceDepartment:Mathematics and BiologyReports to:Associate Vice President of ResearchPosition Summary The Research Project Manager is a full-time, twelve-month grant-funded position in the Division of Mathematics and Science.  The Research Project Manager will coordinate and manage the major components of the STEM Innovation Ecosystem to accomplish project goals and outcomes. Responsibilities include facilitating communication across multiple project partners, scheduling project meetings, tracking project activities and expenses, preparing monthly reports, writing and editing briefs, managing project website, and assisting with management and organization of data. The successful applicant will work alongside faculty and undergraduate researchers and report to the Associate Vice President of Research. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The results you will deliver each day that matter most!Develop and coordinate project activities and events. Coordinate project activities with community stakeholders and STEM Industry Partners. Assists  in preparing performance and fiscal reports to funder.  Assists in preparation of extramural grant-fund writing.Manage technology databases.Education/ Experience What you will need to be successful!M.S/M.A/M.Ed. in Biology, Math, or STEM educationPrevious project manager and data base experience preferred.Required proficiency in automated statistical application and data visualization packages (Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SAS, etc.) Knowledge of website management tools (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) preferred.Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.              Life at Livingstone College Why we believe you will love working at Livingstone College!!Livingstone College is a private, four year liberal arts institution founded in 1879 by the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.
