What You Will Be Doing This position manages and administers the construction of assigned projects. You will be fully accountable for contractual obligations, client assurances, and financial results for each project. You will also be communicating project statuses to management, providing bookkeeping support, managing financial risk, while maintaining job site safety.
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of experience in a construction management role
- Extensive experience managing major remodels and new home construction
- PMP certification preferred
- College degree, in Construction Management or Architecture preferred
- Intermediate fluency in Spanish
