Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Residential Supervisor in the Developmental Services program at Behavioral Health Network!

BHN is currently offering a $4,000 Sign on Bonus for this position!!

We are currently hiring for a Residential Group Home in Easthampton, MA!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Developmental Services program with the following:

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, including serving as a member of the area on-call team.
• Oversee the implementation of ISP goals, health & safety plans, and all aspects of medication treatment and administration.
• Assist in monitoring the overall health and well-being of individuals and support their independence by empowering them in their decision making.
• Ensuring that they are engaged in goal development and accomplishment.
• Help individuals foster relationships and participate in the community.
• Engaging in hiring and training staff to provide direct support in BHN programs and homes.
• Overseeing the maintenance of the program and facility and manages relations with stakeholders in the program.
• Supervising the upkeep of the programs' regulations, policies and procedures, budget, and contractual obligations.
• Enhancing the quality of individuals served by ensuring their health and safety and helping them to enjoy their leisure time at home and in the community.

In the Developmental Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual's needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities, and desires.

Qualifications/Requirements

What are we looking for in a Residential Supervisor?

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in human services (required).
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car available for work (required).
• Ability to cover emergency response to other sites within program
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Supervisory experience (preferred).

**NOTICE**
