Manages construction materials and provides supervisory direction to personnel working at the construction site. Responsible for ensuring all assigned construction work is completed safely, on time and within budget. Ability to communicate with multiple construction specialties involved in the construction process. Working technical and managerial knowledge with the duties and responsibilities of other construction professionals to include surveyors, architects, estimators, engineers and equipment operators.
J ob Duties:
  • Maintains constant presence on the construction site to ensure set standards are maintained
  • Threading, cutting, grooving, install of threaded and victaulic pipe
  • Verifies candidate qualifications before hiring, trains/instructs construction personnel as needed
  • Provides overall direction to contractors providing services
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements the construction designs and offers recommendations as necessary
  • Coordinates with other supervisors at the construction site to facilitate work priorities
  • Prepares schedules and work assignments for construction personnel
  • Ensures construction work is completed on time and within set budget criteria and standards

  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge with various building methods and elements and phases of construction project
  • Possesses a working knowledge of the construction industry
  • Understands how to implement construction best practices, as well as demonstrates the ability to supervise through multiple construction phases
  • Must be able to issue clear directions to construction workers of different trades
  • Technical Skills related to math and analytical thinking for construction and be skilled in their usage/application
  • Ability to keep neat and accurate records
  • Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communications skills in a team environment including written reports, oral and email
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Importance of environmental and Safe Work Practices
Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of construction experience remote field work preferred
  • Must be able to read ISO's
  • Working knowledge of oil and gas production operations preferred, but will train acceptable candidate
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
  • High School Grad or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed and must be available for call outs as required
  • Must maintain clear driving record, maintain company vehicle and abide by vehicle policies
Physical Demands:
  • The company will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities
  • Utilize multi-limb coordination and flexibility combined with control precision to perform fine motor skills including: finger manipulation, grasping, feeling, arm-hand steadiness, in order to push, pull or lift objects
  • Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Work involves climbing at heights at or above six feet
  • Utilizes multi-limb coordination to balance on even or uneven surfaces, stoop,kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, and walk, reach over shoulders or below the knees
  • Auditory attention and hearing sensitivity is required, as candidates must possess the ability to distinguish various sounds that serve as key maintenance indicators
  • Must employ the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies
