Job Title: Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

Galderma is seeking a skilled Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to assist with the execution of the company's sales compensation process and annual planning. The individual will be critical to implementing execution of quarterly incentive compensation design and will report to the Incentive compensation lead in the Commercial Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to ensure sales compensation plans are strategically aligned with the company's objectives, forecasted accruals meet financial expectations, and employees receive accurate compensation in accordance with their plan terms.
  • Based on historical IC plans and performance and feedback from the manager and the sales team, Identify tool improvements, system automation, and data enhancements.
  • Perform analysis on different compensation plan changes to understand the impact on the business and partner with sales leadership on the evolution of our compensation plans.
  • Interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to advance business objectives, using financial analysis to generate and evaluate strategic options and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely completion of ongoing projects aimed at automating and enhancing processes by closely collaborating with relevant teams, while comprehensively understanding the underlying business requirements.
  • Develop quarterly accrual forecasts for multiple business units (BUs) to ensure alignment between compensation plans and financial budgets.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as roster maintenance, PO generation, payroll file management, and compensation plan support.
  • Exhibit consistent compliance with a quarterly cadence calendar by leveraging highly effective organizational skills to facilitate the timely submission of deliverables.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a compensation analyst or a similar role with transferrable skillset.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (advanced lookup functions, pivot-tables, and data management).
  • Experience with data querying and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple compensation projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing compensation administration.
  • A track record of creating scalable process improvements.
