Job Description

  • Ensure that the client receives quality data by reviewing laboratory notebooks for accuracy, clarity and adherence to GMP and/or GLP regulations
  • Verify data follows all method, industry, and client requirements where applicable
  • Review simple and complex routine and non-routine assay documentation according to departmental, corporate, and client SOPs
  • Review and authorize written reports (Certificate of Analysis, client reports)
  • Perform scientific calculations
  • Diagnose problems and suggest solutions in a professional area
  • Review methods and protocols
  • Read and understand analytical procedures

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Previous Data Review or QA experience in a GMP laboratory
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills, including experience with LIMS and Microsoft Office
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biologyor other science degree orequivalent directly-related experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
