Slalom is seeking an experienced Scrum Master who is an adaptable self-starter capable of working with Product Owners to understand the needs of the business, facilitate the delivery of value for cross-functional teams, provide guidance and expertise for the iterative development of features while fixing defects necessary to support a client in driving delivery and building the required culture to support lasting agility within a variety of frameworks.

What You'll Do

Facilitate project activities across agile teams to support Product Owners/Program Managers with an agile toolset that enables the project and efficiently gathers priorities while ensuring clear/accurate story creation and backlog management

Lead multiple events as a part of the development lifecycle. Including facilitating Daily Scrum/Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective

Coach & Perform ongoing assessments of teams' agile maturity observing existing behaviors/gaps and supporting continuous improvement that enables high-performing team behaviors in accomplishing key goals

Monitor and communicate any issues, risks or blockers that might prevent the team from meeting sprint delivery goals and partnering to resolve those concerns. Helping the team to understand their capacity, velocity and other key Agile performance metrics as required to support continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Passion for problem solving and continuously improving the delivery of value to customers through an understanding and maturation of the intersection of individuals, teams, and technology

Servant Leader Mindset that demonstrates a knowledge of Agile techniques, practices, and frameworks to motivate teams in delivering better

Experience mentoring and training teams in all aspects of the Agile/Scrum processes

3+ years' Experience consulting in agile project management, process improvement, business analysis, or requirements management

Experience managing projects in JIRA/Azure Dev Ops/ Confluence

Experience Leading or supporting software development efforts for large scale web applications, including a deep understanding of MVP guiding product development from inception to deployment using Agile and Lean methodologies.

• One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO) SAFe certification (e.g., SA, SP, and/or SPC) is a plus
