Senior Cost Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to join their team in Billerica, MA. This client is a growing medical device company with lots of opportunity for growth. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities will include:

• Senior Cost Accountant will participate in financial close
• Perform cost analysis
• Prepare and lead the presentation of inventory results
• Assist with implementing Microsoft Dynamics
• As a Senior Cost Accountant, you will establish overhead rates for inventory and labor
• Prepare audit documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of related cost experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
