Our Federal CFO Advisory practice is hiring a Senior Manager.
Baker Tilly understands the office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and the unique challenges and complexities that accompany the leadership and execution of a high-performing federal financial organization. Many federal CFOs and the teams they lead have a span of control over traditional budget, accounting, financial reporting and strategic areas including risk management and strategic goal setting. Many even have heavy influence and make significant contributions in other areas ranging from human resources to technology.
As the role of the federal OCFO has expanded, precious resources within accounting and finance organizations have naturally become stretched to capacity. In addition to the inherent structural demands, certain events often drive the requirement for highly capable external teams to provide assistance, management advisory and technical expertise when it matters most.
As a Senior Manager in Federal CFO Advisory, you will lead teams of professionals who are serving the Office of the CFO primarily focused on financial management, complex accounting issues, audit readiness, performance improvement and special projects out of the OCFO.
