Senior Manager, Loyalty Programs

Kohler's Consumer Channels is excited to continue its growth and expansion with the addition of a Loyalty & Trade Professionals Membership Program Leader.  This innovative leader will set the strategy and execution plan for a new loyalty program, catering to KOHLER's unique value proposition and supported by a comprehensive digital experience team. This role is responsible for developing the program for consumers and trade members, identifying opportunities to optimize the program across key metrics (member acquisition, engagement, and retention) and recommending new, meaningful community benefits that drive business growth. This leader must provide spirited, positive guidance to the organization, controlling the scope, resources, and quality within budget and schedule to achieve results. This leader is expected to create and communicate clear objectives, measure progress, motivate others to take action, and foster collaboration.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of KOHLER's new brand loyalty program, with a focus on creating a community of loyal consumers and trade professionals.
  • Manage all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of assigned programs.
    • Serves as Subject Matter Expert (both internal and external) for all aspects of assigned programs and associated members.
    • Cultivates, manages, and contributes to the success of internal cross-functional teams and relationships within Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, senior leadership and others.
    • Develops and manages the external marketing plans that support program growth including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization.
    • Collaborates with internal marketing teams by assisting with and providing strategy, direction, and input towards the development of campaigns that support program growth and are in-keeping with the partner's brand requirements.
    • Identifies, secures and/or negotiates marketing opportunities that increases and maintains the program's share of voice within the overall loyalty partner's program.
    • Proactively problem solves and enhances the user experience for programs.
    • Works collaboratively with Marketing Analytics, Finance, and other Loyalty Development counterparts to forecast, manage, and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities.
    • Analyze data to understand consumer behaviors to provide agility in the loyalty program and recommend product placement campaigns to gain customer loyalty and achieve business goals.
    • Guides, reviews and approves all materials to promote assigned programs.
    • Work closely with broader Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the loyalty strategy addresses annual business goals and the marketing calendar.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize efforts to increase the program's position within current market conditions and against competitor performance.
  • Evaluate program performance and investigate opportunities to recommend promotions and strategies that drive program spend and member engagement (e.g., ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, increased frequency, etc.)


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of business and/or marketing experience, with at least 2 dedicated to loyalty marketing, partnership management, marketing, project management, direct marketing, advertising, direct response, or sales management.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Sales and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs.
  • Experience analyzing consumer behaviors and success in anticipating necessary loyalty program adjustments based on that analysis.
  • Must have substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and outside contacts.
