As a Senior Product Manager in PayPal's Customer Success organization, you will have a significant impact on products and platforms that shape how PayPal's customers engage in resolving post transaction issues.

As part of this role, you will impact each and every product that PayPal is launching to our customers in all geographies - Consumers, Merchants, Marketplaces and more.

Your Day to Day

As a Senior Product Manager in Customer Success group, you will be responsible for:

  • Own and drive strategic roadmap and vision of Customer Service & Resolution Center experience.

  • Drive product vision and help teams deploy analytical capabilities that support messaging, Customer Success, product engagement and many other areas across PayPal and its brands.

  • Define product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives that enable Multilateral Business Solutions for PayPal.

  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.

  • Define a product launch & ramp plan for your area, including identifying new opportunities as well as maintaining a rolling marketing roadmap of projects or iterations.

What you Need to Bring

  • Consumer facing Product management background (usually 5+ years as a PM and additional years of non-PM combined experience).

  • Strong ability to collaboratively lead cross-functional groups and drive action.

  • Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scalesuccessful products for fast-paced industries; e.g. eCommerce or Online Retail or FinTech or any fast-paced B2C/C2C platforms.

  • Great problem-solving skills, backed by data.

  • Platform thinking.

  • Customer-centric mindset.
