An Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager, BPM in Raleigh, NC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, working with business subject matter experts
• Provide teams, including senior leaders, with regular communications regarding project status, outstanding risks, issues, any necessary change controls, and next steps
• Identify project risks in advance of them pushing projects off-track, and coming up with risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure that project outcomes are in line with Arch's strategic goals
• Work collaboratively across Arch departments to help improve management and delivery of projects.
• Working with BPM leads and business partners, develop and help maintain business process documentation using BPMN standards
• Assist in tracking ROI for projects managed
• Facilitate or assist in facilitation of continuous improvement activities including streamlining and introducing innovation to impact results, reducing wasted money and time
