DraftKings is seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the Casino Platform team within the Casino division. The Casino Platform teams are responsible for game provider integrations, gamifications, front-end widgets and internal tools. We expect this manager to work closely with the technical leaders' within this division and across the organization as well as own the technical roadmap and provide career guidance to the team.
What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineering Manager:

• You will lead and manage multiple teams of engineers to support various teams and initiatives.
  
• Establish strong lines of communication with a large and committed set of stakeholders.
  
• Grow the members of your team through career management and feedback.
  
• Drive technical discovery through collaboration with your engineers.
  
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing.
  
• Implement software alongside your team members when necessary.
  

What skills you will use:

• 5+ years of experience working in a full-stack environment at a large scale.
  
• Expertise with at least one object-oriented language like C# or Java.
  
• 3+ years of experience with data streaming technologies, building distributed systems in a Cloud Computing environment such as AWS strongly preferred.
  
• Experience managing team(s) of engineers is required.
  
• Experience working with stakeholders and contributing to product definition.
  
• Experience managing or working with remote teams is preferred.
  
• Experience with financial systems is a plus.
