Senior Software Engineers for Western Union (Denver, CO) - Develop and deliver solutions involving combinations of TIBCO suite of products; Develop and deliver solutions Talend Suite of Products; Provide solution implementation including: system set-ups, development, system and integration testing, and user training; Address requirements across a wide variety of new and old technology platforms including mainframes; Work with business partners to understand needs and proactively lead them to solutions; Support troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions encompassing best practices, frameworks and processes; Design and develop highly available, scalable, performant and highly resilient systems; Provide technical guidance to engineering team in the implementation of enterprise application integration solutions encompassing afore mentioned products' based solutions; Conduct design and code reviews to comply with best practices, standards and factors including extensibility, maintainability, security and performance; Assess existing architecture/design and recommend improvements/ re-factoring; Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. Telecommuting is available for this role, reports to HQ in Denver, Colorado.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Engineering (including Industrial), or related and 3 years of experience as a Computer System Analyst, or related software engineering, architecture and systems integration occupation, which must include some experience with: TIBCO stack including BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, ActiveSpace, EMS, Hawk and TIBCO Adapters; Integration frameworks and standards (BPM, ESB, Message oriented middleware, ETL, RESTful and SOAP based web services, JSON and XML); EAI products from IBM, BEA, Oracle, TIBCO, MuleSoft, WSO2; Linux/Unix environments; AWS; Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, HTML, Web 2.0, AJAX; RDBMS and NoSQL databases; SQL, PL-SQL; Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI & CD); assessing and implementing tools for devops including orchestration, version control, code quality and coverage, build and deploy, and automated testing; and development methodologies (RUP and Agile).

Referral Bonus - $500 (Subject to Employee Referral Policy). Eligible to internal employees only.

Annual base salary gross:  $83,909 - $143,195. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
