The Senior Traffic Engineer will be responsible for overseeing assigned work, coordinating with clients, and teaming partners in order to complete effective quality products.  This candidate will also be responsible for monitoring internal staff, preparing, and monitoring project scope of work, budgets, and schedules as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:

• Developing, monitoring, and mentoring a traffic design group

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate traffic tasks with other staff on highway and bridge projects.
  Coordinate traffic studies, traffic design, and highway occupancy permits with site designers.

• Managing clients and projects

• Lead and manage complex traffic engineering tasks and projects.
• Manage client relationships with Public and Private Clients.

• Tracking and winning new backlog
• Helping grow operations throughout Ohio
