Job Summary\u0007 Point of contact for tracking monitoring and processing post sale service contracts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\u0007 Provide front-end data entry assistance to a full professional customer service department\u0007 Set up client service contracts on our internal web templates\u0007 Analyze input load-in and update service contracts on a corporate computer system\u0007 Purchase sub-coverage for equipment\u0007 Process a high volume of service contracts daily \u0007 Scan in and upload specific support documents contact details and client profiles\u0007 Validate all contract information; warranties proposals and services\u0007 Investigate any errors for service contract accuracy\u0007 Interface with manufacturer's sites extract manufacturer warranty coverage and insert into our client's profile\u0007 Enter preventive maintenance service detailsOther duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities \u0007 Ability to take charge of a project and see it through to completion \u0007 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)\u0007 Ability to supervise and manage tasks and personnel to meet project objectives\u0007 Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines \u0007 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written \u0007 Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities \u0007 Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail Education and/or Experience \u0007 Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent \u0007 Minimum 2-3 years' similar service contract support experience preferred \u0007 Demonstrated experience utilizing company intranet CRM and Salesforce a plus Working Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
