Lead Software Engineer- Full-Time Direct Hire, Fully Remote!

Modis, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time direct and fully remote role with a leading innovative employer that consistently wins one of the Best Places to Work! The Lead Software Engineer will drive the design and implementation of software products in a collaborative team environment. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in full-stack development which must include skills in React and .NET Core.

Lead Software Engineer Job Responsibilities :

Drive the design and implementation of software products in a collaborative team environment.

Work with partners to ensure technology decisions provide the right long-term solution for the business

Provide mentorship and leadership of a team of other software engineers.

Develop and maintain new and existing code, designing for quality, robustness, and scale.

Participate in design sessions with other Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance.

Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies.

Work in a collaborative, agile, team environment.

Engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

5+ years in full stack development

React and .NET Core are required

Experience in mentoring and leading Developers

Additional plusses include C#.NET 5, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL Server, Entity Framework, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ,Azure Cloud Services, GraphQL, Git, and Azure DevOps
