Summary:
Manages and facilitates requests from academic partners to optimize student clinical rotations and practicum placements within Memorial Healthcare System.
Position already exists. ; I have been approved for the position in this fiscal year. ;

Detailed responsibilities:
• Manages the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS) for clinical affiliations.
• Collaborates with Manager Prelicensure Transition to Practice to facilitate MHS Scholarship recipients and Nurse Extern placement on units.
• Maintains department database as well as creates reports, upon request.
• Registers and tracks attendance for training programs, orientations and special events. Captures and maintains data for reporting purposes.
• Manages course registration process and submits documentation to CE Broker for educational credits.
• Manages and maintains course catalog information for the Learning Management System (LMS) used to provide online educational training for staff.
• Schedules conference room requests, maintains audio-visual equipment, and performs general office coordination activities.
• Manages student rotations and requirements using Complio/American Data Bank system
• Maintains inventory of audio visual equipment and maintains equipment in good working condition

Complexity of Work: Required critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Requires thorough knowledge of the Student Clinical Placement Systems and MHS Learning Management System (LMS). Excellent knowledge of standard office software and hardware devices.

Required Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience doing office support functions or project management responsibilities.
