The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will join ISC's ACIO Systems and Tools team, supporting the organization's financial and performance metrics and financial transparency initiative. The Systems and Tools team is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of ISC's portfolio of internal tools including but not limited to Apptio, ISC's TBM Solution, Remedy, and Planview. They will operate within IT Financial Management (ITFM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Resource Management frameworks as well as work with senior team members to collaborate on the development and implementation of automation.
Job Description
The initial objective will be to assist in developing efficiencies and automation in the current modeling and reporting structure to better track changes to forecasts and budgets, reduce manual labor work and enhance the group's analytical capacity. This Analyst will continue to monitor and provide support on implemented automation. Subsequently, will assist in developing more sophisticated and cutting-edge mechanisms in order to elevate the quality of intelligence on financials and forecasts. Partner with other team members participating in cross-training with the goal to provide continuity and redundancy for the tools (Remedy, Planview, etc), relied on by the organization. Future focus of automation work includes transitioning more reporting, analysis, dashboards, and budgeting to Apptio, creating additional Service Request Definitions (SRD) and automated work-routing in Remedy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of financial analyst experience, working with large complex data sets, building complex cost models(around complex IT services) and demonstrating competence on progressively complex and large scale projects (enterprise-wide) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated knowledge and background with enterprise IT organizations to understand the core concepts behind "running IT like a business". Possess practical experience with financial management and IT services including budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, financial models, program portfolio management, and application / infrastructure support. Proven ability to perform analysis. Thorough understanding of the independent data sources between IT source systems, assets and financial systems to reconcile financial models; Demonstrated self-starter, critical thinker and proven problem solver who has strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Must be detailed oriented and operate with a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITFM, ITIL or ITSM knowledge a plus.
Previous experience with automation/Robotic Process Automation and Hyperion is strongly preferred.
Previous experience with TBM Solution Apptio and Remedy Service Request Management is highly desirable.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
