Description:
An established, Pennsylvania based supermarket chain is seeking a store manager for one of their locations. Qualified candidates will have a 5 to 7 year history of supermarket management, preferably with experience running from a limited assortment, deep discounter to a small conventional format location with full amenities.
Duties will include: opening and closing of store, ordering of product, scheduling of associates, hiring and firing, training, associate evaluations, customer service, supervision of all departments, security and total store conditions and presentation.
Qualified, diversity candidates are encouraged to apply as well as all candidates experienced running lower volume metro locations A higher level of employee mentorship and training is highly desired as this location is an inner city store with a very diverse clientele.
The company offers a nice base salary with bonus, full benefits, profit sharing and a limited relocation package if needed.
