ARI has an outstanding opportunity for Supervisor, Client Services

What will you do?

• Act as the first point of escalation for questions and queries from team members
• Guide and develop team with respect to communication, customer service excellence, analysis skills and proactive thinking by using mentoring and coaching as well as other team training, and development methodologies
• Liaise regularly with Manager and communicate issues, personnel challenges, client escalations
• Provide support to office team members related to issues resolution and problem solving
• Partnering with internal departments to streamline procedures and create efficiencies to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements
• Oversee the department workload distribution amongst the Client Service Team you manage
• Acts as liaison between the Sales department and the Client Service team; ensure fluid, timely and accurate flow of communication
• Participate in the first round of new hire candidate interviews
• Support new hire and ongoing training needs
• Design, develop and facilitate staff training and skills development activities to ensure departmental quality of service and meeting of departmental service level goals
• Completion and presentation of performance evaluations
• Partner with US counterparts to streamline procedures across North America and create efficiencies to ensure the achievement of Best in Class service

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Business or related fields
• 5+ year's relevant experience with a proven track record of strong team leadership.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
