Systems Administration Manager/Gaithersburg, MD (full-time/ Mon-Fri / 40 hrs/week): Serve as Systems Administration Manager for the SmartSupplies Suite, enabling development and implementation of clinical supply strategies for all assigned studies. Provide Interactive Response Technology (IRT) development. Advise and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as it relates to assigned clinical supply activities. Collaborate to deliver IRT systems for clinical supply functionality, and align to enterprise IRT/ clinical study model selection decisions. Develop integrations specification between SmartSupplies PMD (department inventory management system) and IRT. Develop, manage and deploy CT-FAST scenario planning of all department studies. Assist in the development of process and provide training for CT-FAST system. Manage CT-FAST integrations with IRT and SmartSupplies Forecasting.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Biomedical Science, Applied Science or related field of study plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with all of the following: cGMP(current Good Manufacturing Practices), GCP (Good Clinical Practices) and ICH (International Council Harmonization) as it relates to Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) labeling, packaging and distribution; Clinical Trial Management system capabilities and deployment to enable system design, implementation, training and on-going super-user support; Developing and deploying technical systems for clinical inventory planning, supply and management; Utilizing SmartSupplies suite, IRT, eCTMS, RAVE, Business Objects, Sharepoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point; Developing reports using SAP Business Objects, writing User Requirements Specifications and Test Scripts for reports, clinical systems, interfaces and executing test scripts. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field of study plus 2 years of experience.
