POSITION PROFILE
As a member of Ricoh's Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to enhance our overall recruitment process. This may include monitoring ATS, job postings, talent report preparation, organizing recruitment events, maintaining recruiting materials and websites, updating Social Media and providing exemplary support to our recruitment team and business leaders during recruitment efforts. With a customer-centric focus, this role will also provide key support for larger scale hiring projects and implementations by creating candidate communications, introducing the application process, following-up with hiring managers, and monitoring the offer and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also play an active role with scheduling interviews and greeting candidates at our Corporate Headquarters as needed.
