• Enhance situational awareness for police as they respond, allowing for quicker and safer outcomes;
• Relay medical data to EMTs en route so they can provide personalized, life-saving treatment;
• Communicate with multiple agencies across jurisdictions for a well-coordinated response in large-scale emergency incidents, such as chemical spills, natural disasters, and active shooter situations.

Intrado is looking to hire a Technical Pricing Coordinator to join our Life & Safety business segment.

Essential Duties:

• Review technical specification requests from sales team members or requests for proposals/information (RFPs & RFIs) to compile pricing quotes
• Receive and review technical specifications from sales team or proposal team to determine necessary pricing for new clients or client upgrades
• Generate price quotes utilizing the department's preferred software (e.g., Oracle, Excel, etc.) based on specifications from the sales team and customers
• Review written and compiled requests for information (RFIs) and/or requests for proposals (RFPs) to ensure accurate price quotes are created and included in documentation
• Maintain pricing documentation for all RFP and RFI opportunities as outlined in departmental procedures
• Keep up-to-date with the pricing process for all assigned products and services
• Work with Sales Team and other departments to collect further information as needed to produce most accurate price quotes

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, accounting, finance, math, marketing, or related field is required
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, proposal writing, or sales is required, preferably in a technical business environment
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• Basic understanding of MS SharePoint and MS Teams is preferred
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or another client relationship management (CRM) tool is preferred

For candidates located in Colorado, the hiring range for this position is anticipated between $55,000 and $57,500 and will be commensurate with experience.
