<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for Silicon TPM execution</li><li>Work with a cross-functional team of PM, EE, FW, SW to set milestones, create integration plans and identify/address potential setbacks/risks and mitigation plans that enable the definition and execution of next generation hardware products</li><li>Drive on-time design, development and delivery of pre-silicon development vehicles including FPGAs</li><li>Embed with engineering teams to manage external vendors engaged in the development of various SOCs, including managing resources, setting review processes, and working with supply chain and operations</li><li>Provide hands-on management of the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of company products and projects</li><li>Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals</li><li>Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions</li><li>Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle</li><li>Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades</li><li>Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues</li><li>Create better, more efficient workflows</li><li>Establish excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members' potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related degree and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a data analyst or computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:</li><li>Planning and Scoping of Silicon Projects</li><li>Schedule Management, Change Management, and Risk management</li><li>Establishing and Analysis of metrics, and analysis of root cause and corrective actions</li><li>Driving Cross-functional team alignment</li><li>Cross-site, Cross-functional stakeholder communication and alignment</li><li>Status, Risks, and Trend Communication to executive staff</li><li>Advanced process node and tape-out</li><li>Vendor and Contingent workforce management</li><li>Establishing Silicon project management best practices.</li></ul>
