TECHNICAL WRITER - SUNNYVALE, CA

The Select Group is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join one of their top healthcare partners in the Fortune 100. This person will be joining their Document Control project and should have 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, working knowledge of Word and Excel, excellent written communication skills, and experience with Dozuki. TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Strong working knowledge with Word and Excel
• Passion for driving for quality improvements or continuous improvements
• Excellent written communication skills
• Soft skills: detail oriented, critical thinking skills, curious mindset

Bonus skills:

• Chemistry or manufacturing engineering background
• Experience with Dozuki

TECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observing processes in the lab daily to gain an in-depth understanding of the process flow and requirements
• Quickly grasping complex topics pertaining to the subject matter
• Finding areas for quality or continuous improvement throughout the process
• Standardize and simplify complex processes
• Input the SOP into the Dozuki, a cloud-based documentation platform
• Send to chemists or other internal team members for review and approval
