Summary: This position is expected to contribute to the execution of complex Tier II level support work. This role will also provide support on specific initiatives such as re-organizations, mergers & acquisitions, & position management scaled initiatives. This work is inclusive of supporting user requirements, following specifications, executing and/or reviewing data in both Workday and SAP while enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards.This position will focus on executing on the necessary KPIs and SLAs are met to enable the consistent and efficient delivery of our shared services model to all functions of Tyson Foods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support - 80%

Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR support practices and procedures with focus placement for team member activity & data components. Collaborate with the functional end users and use the technical resources to design functionality that will satisfy the customer need.
Ensure that all testing procedures have been carried out as per the predetermined goals.
Focus on delivering support efforts within established service level agreements to ensure department key performance indicators are met. This role will be responsible for execution of EIB mass data loads, specific focus of loads against hourly wage review, MED/GRI changes, job, TM comp changes, location updates, & large-based initiatives such as Mergers/Acquisitions & Re-organizations.
The primary focus includes but is not limited to supporting the compensation team with validating, auditing, and loading changes to positions, jobs, pay scales/structures and team member pay/compensation. This role will recognize and act on inconsistencies in data or results, often through the lens of initiated business processes and other avenues. This role will be responsible for escalating any matters of risk associated within these focus areas. This role may participate and help achieve with milestones associated with specific projects or activities.

Project Delivery/Process Optimization - 20%
Support the execution of projects using Tyson project methodology in a variety of roles including lead analyst, SME, or technical resource.
Maintain awareness of best practices, including processes and technology, and identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
Use existing tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats; Continuously leverage and execute on activities, while helping support & identify opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting. Assist with broader People Operations initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 2+ years relevant experience or equivalent.

Computer Skills: Tier II Support - Intermediate computer skills related to HCM systems.Must be highly competent in the use of Excel. Workday process knowledge, Workday and SAP experience highly valued.

Communication Skills: This position will interact with and is expected to communicate results and to a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management.Must have the ability to translate complex technical themes into business facing language. Intermediate written and verbal communication skills required.

Special Skills: General working knowledge of key HR support practices and procedures including team member transactional activities, specific Compensation data process and knowledge, ServiceNow systems. Experience with process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities and specific measurements to track performance post implementation. Understands how to escalate & drive issues to resolution. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and execute & champion new processes; Must be detail-oriented and work well in a team environment.Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion. Consistently delivers high-quality, timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment. Passion for learning; and team player.
