Drives bobtail truck or van as assigned to deliver and collect goods. This position requires that candidates provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination after receiving a conditional job offer at least 7 days prior to their start date. "Fully vaccinated" means that at least two weeks have passed since you received 1) your second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or 2) one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Education & Experience
- 1-2 years of class C driving experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work moderate supervision.
- Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
- Bobtail knowledge preferred
- Must pass forklift operator certification within 90 days of signing job description.
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
- Adheres to Goodwill's values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
English Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
