We are looking for someone who is strategic and forward thinking when it comes to recruiting, training and general HR policies and programs.
What You Will Be Doing - Works with executive leadership to identify the organization's long-term mission and goals, and develops strategic HR policies and programs in support of the business plan.
- Determines key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and talent management operations, and uses these metrics to assess the company's success and market competitiveness.
- Evaluates the organization's talent pipeline, identifying critical positions and the competencies required for those positions, as well as plans to keep the pipeline healthy to meet current and future demands.
- Assist in the hiring and selection of management candidates.
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with experience in:
- On-boarding
- Compensation Programs
- Payroll Administration
- Sourcing
- Training
