Overview

Assists our installation/service crews by organizing and pulling materials while working in our vendor's supply cage in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that appropriate materials are pulled, and materials pulled are documented.
• Prepares equipment and materials for transport to job sites and staging for technicians.
• Inspects and signs out parts and equipment to technicians, ensuring that technicians maintain appropriate equipment to properly perform required tasks.
• Ensures that appropriate materials are pulled and organized for scheduled jobs.
• Receives incoming shipments, checking the purchase order against invoice with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before distribution or placement in appropriate warehouse location.
• Signs out parts and equipment, as appropriate.
• Orders supplies, parts and takes receipt of stock. Maintains appropriate inventory control documentation.
• Performs regularly scheduled inventory and order new parts from vendor.
• May enter purchase orders, requisitions and inventories into computer system.

Qualifications

A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred. Related experience working in a warehouse or parts service center.
