Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client looking for an Account Manager for their Sales and Operations Team. This person will focus heavily on key clients and key accounts for the company. The right candidate has a few years experience executing client relationships and cultivating an environment for new ones!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the client relationships in the East and North across food service, food manufacturing and food packaging sectors
• Responsible for targeting new relationships and cultivating a welcoming and supporting environment
• Chase company KPI targets and ensure targets are met on existing and new business
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of sales, new clients, status of client relationships, etc.
• Lead and collaborate with sales partners to identify and close opportunities that drive profitable sales growth
  
• Represent company at trade shows and customer markets to grow brand recognition and cultivate strong client relationships
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Previous Account Management or Sales Experience in manufacturing
• Experience in food, packaging, or CPG required
