RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounting Associate in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:Cash Apps:- Process credit ratings - upload files into and export from D&B; Upload files into High Radius
- Update ETF spreadsheet weekly with new invoices and payments
- Update Excel spreadsheets for weekly credit risk emails
- Update Excel spreadsheet for weekly collections review
- Update Excel spreadsheet weekly for new ACH auto debit, auto credit card and deposit customers
- Update daily ABS report in Excel
- Post deposit batches in GP
- AP Inquiries mailbox- review/respond to emails, daily
- Upload invoice templates in SmartConnect monthly
- Mail checks weekly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent areas is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in corporate cash applications and credit risk is ideal
- Minimum 1 year of experience within a Banking or Accounting role
- Knowledge of cash applications and credit procedures and practices
- Foundational understanding of core accounting concepts
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and account management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
