RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in Worcester, MA is hiring for their Accounting Leadership Program. This client is a Fortune 500 insurance company that offers amazing benefits including 401K, tuition reimbursement, PTO, etc. Their office offers dry cleaning and a free gym on site. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 1-2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week remote. This program will provide various trainings in a rotational basis. Each rotation will vary from one another. The Accounting Leadership Program will work with mentors throughout each program.Development opportunities will include:- Management
- SEC reporting
- Controls
- Financial systems
- Investment accounting
- Tax
- Financial analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or on track obtain CPA
- 1-5 years of Big 4 CPA experience
- Strong leadership abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
